A meeting for the history books
Receiving the Deputy Grand Master and District Deputy Grand Master together into Lodge on Sept 17th was, in and of itself, a special occasion. Add to this the fact that they are both Charter Members of Templum Fidelis and we had a very historic and proud moment for the Lodge.
A favourable ballot was conducted for a new Candidate to be initiated in December and new applications for membership were received. A very insightful Fellowcraft paper was presented in Lodge by Brother Jan Kahlen who clearly demonstrated that he has given his journey thus far in Masonry a great deal of consideration.
The absolutely stellar fare at the agape was only surpassed by the outstanding fellowship, great conversation on the paper and highlighted with a first rate presentation by our guest speaker, Worshipful Brother Pete Normand visiting us from College Station, Texas. His excellent paper entitled Ancients & Moderns – Two Pillars of Conflict in Masonic Observance is available for viewing in the TF Archives. We sincerely thank Brother Normand and all of our visiting brethren for contributing to a truly exceptional Masonic experience and we look forward to welcoming you all to Templum Fidelis again soon.
